Chemistry 158b – Physical Chemistry: Chemical Thermodynamics and Kinetics

 

Information: There are four mid-term exams and one cumulative final exam. Each mid-term exam is worth 20% of the final grade, and the final is worth the remaining 20%. All mid-term exams are conducted in class, last one hour, and are closed-book. The final exam will be cumulative and cover questions from all Units (equal weighting.) The closed book final examination will last approximately 2 hours. For the final, one 8.5” ´ 11” sheet is allowed for reference to equations and physical constants. The use of a calculator is permitted in all exams.
