How to identify the printing that you have:

  • Look at the copyright page (page iv)
  • At the bottom, you should see a row of numbers, e.g. 10 9 8 7 etc.
  • The last number in the series is the printing. So if the row of numbers reads
    10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2
    then you have the second printing.
